1. The service

NeurAlpha provides AI-powered tools for content creation, shopping, recipes, jobs, health, travel, study, and more. Free users get 10 sessions per day. Subscribers get unlimited usage of subscribed tools.

2. Acceptable use

Don't use Ami for illegal activities, hate speech, or harassment
Don't try to extract our prompts, exploit the API, or bypass session limits
Don't share login credentials
Don't scrape or automate the service without permission

3. AI-generated content

Ami's responses are AI-generated and may contain errors. Do not rely on AI for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions. Always verify important information with qualified professionals.

4. Trading & investment disclaimer

NeurAlpha is NOT a SEBI-registered Investment Advisor or Research Analyst. Any trading-related content (KamalanTrader, market discussions) is for educational purposes only. Trading involves risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

5. Subscriptions & payments

Pro plans start at ₹49/month per tool
All Access plan is ₹299/month for everything
Payments processed via Razorpay or direct UPI
Cancel anytime — access continues until end of billing period
No refunds for partial months

6. Intellectual property

NeurAlpha, Ami, and the platform are our property. Your conversations belong to you. AI-generated content can be used freely for personal or commercial purposes.

7. Limitation of liability

NeurAlpha is provided "as is". We don't guarantee 100% uptime, accuracy, or availability. We're not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, or business losses arising from use of the service.

8. Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account anytime by messaging us on WhatsApp.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes will be resolved in courts of Nashik, Maharashtra.
