NeurAlpha AI ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
1. What we collect
- Anonymous usage: Browser fingerprint (for free session limits), tool used, message count, time of visit
- If you sign up: Phone number (for login + WhatsApp updates)
- Chat content: Messages you send to Ami, stored only to maintain conversation context within a session
- Payment data: If you subscribe, Razorpay/UPI handles payment. We never see your card/bank details
2. What we DON'T collect
- No tracking cookies for ads
- No selling data to third parties
- No keystroke logging
- No location tracking
3. How long we keep data
Anonymous chats are auto-deleted after 30 days. Account data (phone number, subscription) is kept while your account is active. You can request deletion anytime via WhatsApp at +91 82103 12707.
4. AI processing
Your messages are sent to AI providers (Groq, Google Gemini) for generating responses. These providers have their own privacy policies. Messages are not used to train models.
5. Cookies
We use minimal cookies: session ID, language preference, theme (dark/light). No tracking or advertising cookies.
6. Your rights
- Access your data — ask via WhatsApp
- Delete your account — ask via WhatsApp
- Opt out of WhatsApp updates anytime
